Goodrick Residence

Located in Central Phoenix, the Goodrick Residence remodel transformed the outdoor space with multiple shade array wood and steel pergolas featuring LED lighting and fans. Travertine was used for the patio, pool surround, and coping, while grading for elevation enhancements and boulder focal points added visual interest. Custom gabion steel features, fire/water features, and diamond cut acid-stained walkways provided unique elements. The design included a signature pool fountain, walkway bridges, and steel fabricated gates. Tree canopies, lush lawn, pockets of plants, and dramatic outdoor lighting enhanced the ambiance. Practical features such as a permagarden, potting garden center, stepping stones, flood irrigation, and rock/mulch borders completed the functional and aesthetic upgrades.
