Located in Scottsdale, the Marvin residence was transformed into a lush entertainment paradise. The project features multiple shade array wood and steel pergolas, equipped with LED lighting and misting features for comfort and ambiance. Travertine stone patios provide elegant and durable surfaces, while grading for elevation enhancements adds depth to the landscape. A built-in custom masonry bench and a custom stainless steel fire pit offer cozy seating and a central gathering point. Multiple outdoor tiki torches provide both lighting and heat, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. Tree canopies and custom steel features, including gates and bridges, add unique character to the design. Dramatic outdoor lighting highlights the flagstone walkways, lush lawn, and other key features. The irrigation system ensures the landscape stays vibrant, while borders, rock, and mulch complete the look, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
