Mozenter Residence

The Mozenter Residence project focused on creating an outdoor entertainment space with jazzy pool features. We designed an outdoor kitchen BBQ with stone enhancements, complemented by a 180-degree shade array of wood and steel pergolas with smart LED lighting. The pool was remodeled with stone enhancements and features a cantilevered deck with a fire fountain for a striking visual effect. To enhance the landscape, we performed grading for elevation changes and installed flagstone walkways. The design includes pockets of amazing plant focal points, lawn irrigation, and comprehensive lighting. Rock and mulch were used to complete the look, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
